Synchronising pt1Calem awoke one morning, not too long after he'd started on his Pokemon journey. His new friends Tierno, Shauna and Trevor, along with his neighbour Serena, each had their starter Pokemon and were taking their own path throughout the Kalos region. Calem's Pokemon, Froakie, croaked happily when he sat up in bed. He'd spent the night at the Lumiose City Pokemon Centre, looking forward to meeting up with his friends outside of the city's Pokemon lab.Synchronising pt1 by ~petermueller88
"Good morning, Froakie," Calem mumbled as he rubbed the sleep from his eyes. "Let's get some breakfast, then head over to the lab."
Froakie smiled and nodded as his trainer stood and got dressed for the day. Calem zipped up his dark blue jacket and put his crimson hat on his head. "There, now I'm ready."
After eating breakfast, the two headed out of the Pokemon Centre and down the street to the Pokemon lab. Calem smiled to himself as he walked, enjoying the cool morning air as the city awakened and businesses prepared to open for the day.

Sycamore glanced in the direction of the voice, which belonged to a beautiful young lady wearing a modest ivory blouse and a knee-length burgundy skirt, overlaid with a white lab coat. "Oui?"
The woman raised an eyebrow. "You're leaving for the day?"
"No no." Sycamore chuckled. "Just taking a step outside with mon ami. Do not worry, I will return soon."
The lady gave Calem a questioning look, then shrugged. "Just don't be gone too long, professor. There are still many things we need to finish today."
Sycamore waved a hand dismissively. "Yes yes, I will get to them today, don't you worry." Before the lady could speak up again, the professor gently pushed Calem's back so he was propelled forward on his skates, and the t
